Sweden passport holders do not need a visa to visit Armenia for stays of up to 180 days.

Sweden citizens can enter Armenia without a visa and stay for up to 180 days. You only need a valid Sweden passport at the border; immigration officers may still ask for a return or onward ticket, proof of accommodation and enough money for your stay. The 180-day limit usually counts calendar days from your arrival, so book your return flight inside that window.
Whatever your visa status, Armenia applies the same entry conditions to every traveller:

No official source we could read states a travel insurance requirement for every visitor to Armenia. The Foreign Ministry's visa search tool lists travel (medical) insurance among the mandatory documents for some nationalities' visa applications (for example India) and among the documents to provide if available for others (for example Canada).

No official source we could read states an onward or return ticket requirement for every visitor to Armenia. The Foreign Ministry's visa checker lists an air ticket reservation with return among the mandatory documents for some nationalities' visa applications (for example India), and says a one-way ticket is sufficient for those arriving for education or work or in other justified cases.
