What the Cape Verde visa rules mean for Sri Lanka travellers
Sri Lanka passport holders need an eVisa to enter Cape Verde. You apply online, upload a passport scan and a photo, pay the fee and receive the visa by email. Apply at least one to two weeks before your trip and print the approval — some airlines and border officers ask to see it on paper.
The main option is the Visto de turismo (plataforma online), which costs 2,500 CVE. Cape Verde also offers Tourism visa — see the visa options above.

- Return or onward ticket: Cabo Verde's foreigners law requires tourist-visa applicants to hold a transport ticket that lets them enter and leave Cabo Verde.
