Tajikistan passport holders can get a visa on arrival in Grenada. There is nothing to apply for in advance — the visa is issued at the airport or land border after you pay the fee. Bring cash in a major currency, a passport valid for at least six months, a return ticket and the address of your first night's accommodation, and expect a queue at busy airports.

WHO's country list says Grenada requires proof of yellow fever vaccination for travellers aged 1 year or over arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission, and for travellers who have transited for more than 12 hours through an airport of such a country. WHO's list of countries with risk of yellow fever transmission includes Trinidad and Tobago, where the risk is present only in parts of the country.

A visitor or passenger in transit may be given a permit to remain in Grenada for up to twelve months.
