Bahrain citizens can enter Kuwait without a visa. You only need a valid Bahrain passport at the border; immigration officers may still ask for a return or onward ticket, proof of accommodation and enough money for your stay.

The Ministry of Interior's tourist visa instructions list a confirmed travel ticket among the required documents. Its FAQ says the requirements vary by nationality and that generally you will need a valid passport, a recent photo and a confirmed round-trip flight ticket.
