Italy passport holders need an eVisa to enter Kuwait. You apply online, upload a passport scan and a photo, pay the fee and receive the visa by email; it allows stays of up to 90 days. Apply at least one to two weeks before your trip and print the approval — some airlines and border officers ask to see it on paper.

The Ministry of Interior's tourist visa instructions list a confirmed travel ticket among the required documents. Its FAQ says the requirements vary by nationality and that generally you will need a valid passport, a recent photo and a confirmed round-trip flight ticket.
