There are 3 Meet & Greet packages at Vancouver International Airport, priced $445–$570 per booking: 1 for transit / connecting flights, 1 for arrivals and 1 for departures.

What the packages typically include:

• Flight monitoring will be done real time by the assigned greeter
• Passenger will be met at the arrival gate of the first flight with a name card for the passenger to identify
• Greeter will assist the passenger with flight check-ins and security checks if needed
• If you have lounge access the agent will escort you there else you will be escorted directly to the gate for your next flight
• Monitor flight status and notify client(s) of flight timeliness or updates, -Coordinate pick up location of the passenger with the driver, -Concierge will greet client(s) outside of customs/immigration in the arrivals hall. Due to security reasons no one besides Airline staff is allowed in the secured areas of the arrival hall
• -Assistance with luggage that has been pre-collected by client(s) prior to exiting customs (baggage claim area is located inside of customs so we cannot assist with luggage collection), -Continuous contact with family friend or travel agent with updated travel details, -Escort client to selected transportation service
