Panama visa options for Djibouti citizensThe National Immigration Service's requirements for a tourist visa set the migration-services fee at fifty balboas, payable when the application is presented to the Service, and say tourist visas are valid for no more than ninety days. No official source we could read states a processing time.
Djibouti citizens need a visa issued in advance by an embassy or consulate of Panama. Start the application several weeks before departure: you will typically need a passport valid for six months with blank pages, a completed application form, passport photos, a travel itinerary, proof of accommodation and of sufficient funds, and sometimes an invitation letter or bank statements.
The main option is the Tourist Visa (Visa de Turista), which costs 50 PAB.

Entry requirements for PanamaPanama's National Immigration Service lists a passport or travel document with a minimum of 3 months' validity among its entry requirements. The UK Foreign Office says a British visitor's passport must have an expiry date at least 6 months after the day they plan to leave Panama, and at least one blank page.

WHO lists Panama as requiring proof of yellow fever vaccination from travellers aged 1 year or over arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission. WHO also recommends vaccination for all travellers aged 9 months or over going to mainland areas east of the area surrounding the Canal: the comarcas of Emberá and Kuna Yala, the province of Darién, and the areas of the provinces of Colón and Panama east of the Canal.

Travel insurance is not among the requirements that foreigners must meet to enter Panama under Article 43 of Decreto Ley 3 of 2008 ("los extranjeros deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos"), as the National Immigration Service lists them.

Panama's National Immigration Service lists a confirmed reservation to leave the country within the established period among its entry requirements, and Article 43 of Decreto Ley 3 of 2008 requires a return ticket to the country of origin or residence when the migration category requires it.

Panama's National Immigration Service says visitors must show proof of economic solvency consistent with the terms they declare for their stay and in no case less than B/.500.00; a child under 18 does not need to show it.

A non-resident must leave the country when the authorized period expires. An irregular migrant who asks for voluntary return pays a fine of 50 balboas for each month or part of a month spent in that condition, receives an entry ban of no less than 2 and no more than 5 years, and must leave within 7 calendar days, except in duly proven cases of force majeure. The National Migration Service deports, and bans from entry, foreigners who stay in the country undocumented or irregularly.
