Malaysia citizens do not need a full visa for Saint Kitts and Nevis, but they must obtain an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) online before they fly. An eTA is linked to your passport number and is usually approved within minutes to a few days; airlines check it at check-in, so apply before you book non-refundable travel.

The Ministry of National Security's eTA platform says there are currently no vaccination requirements to enter St Kitts and Nevis. WHO's country list still shows a yellow fever certificate requirement for travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from risk countries.

The Ministry of National Security's border portal says citizens and residents of St Kitts and Nevis and OECS citizens (Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines) must submit the online Immigration and Customs (ED) form, while foreign nationals visiting apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation instead.

An immigration officer may permit persons described in the Act to enter and remain in Saint Christopher and Nevis, in some cases for up to six months. Where a person given a permit under section 14(2) remains after the permit expires or is revoked, the Minister may make a deportation order against that person.
