Hungary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Saint Lucia for stays of up to 90 days.
The EU–Saint Lucia visa waiver agreement says citizens of the Union may stay in the territory of Saint Lucia for a maximum period of 90 days in any 180-day period.

Hungary citizens can enter Saint Lucia without a visa and stay for up to 90 days. You only need a valid Hungary passport at the border; immigration officers may still ask for a return or onward ticket, proof of accommodation and enough money for your stay. The 90-day limit usually counts calendar days from your arrival, so book your return flight inside that window.
Whatever your visa status, Saint Lucia applies the same entry conditions to every traveller:
Saint Lucia lets 94 passports in without a visa, offers a visa on arrival to 48 and requires an embassy visa from 56. Hungary citizens are treated the same way as Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria. Overall the Hungary passport ranks #21 in the world with 121 visa-free destinations.

The UK Foreign Office says you must have a yellow fever vaccination certificate if you are coming from a country listed as a transmission risk. WHO's country list gives the requirement for travellers aged 9 months or over arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

The UK's travel advice says medical treatment in Saint Lucia can be expensive and serious cases may need emergency evacuation, and advises adequate travel health insurance; Tapion Hospital does not accept travel or foreign medical insurance as payment.

Saint Lucia's online Immigration and Customs form (the Embarkation/Disembarkation or ED form) replaced the handwritten form from 30 November 2022. The portal says to access it no more than 72 hours before travel, submit one form per family or group, and present the receipt emailed after submission on arrival; the UK government tells British travellers to fill it in no more than 3 days before they arrive.
