Philippines passport holders can get a visa on arrival in Saint Lucia. There is nothing to apply for in advance — the visa is issued at the airport or land border after you pay the fee. Bring cash in a major currency, a passport valid for at least six months, a return ticket and the address of your first night's accommodation, and expect a queue at busy airports.
The main option is the Visa at the port of entry.

The UK Foreign Office says you must have a yellow fever vaccination certificate if you are coming from a country listed as a transmission risk. WHO's country list gives the requirement for travellers aged 9 months or over arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

The UK's travel advice says medical treatment in Saint Lucia can be expensive and serious cases may need emergency evacuation, and advises adequate travel health insurance; Tapion Hospital does not accept travel or foreign medical insurance as payment.

Saint Lucia's online Immigration and Customs form (the Embarkation/Disembarkation or ED form) replaced the handwritten form from 30 November 2022. The portal says to access it no more than 72 hours before travel, submit one form per family or group, and present the receipt emailed after submission on arrival; the UK government tells British travellers to fill it in no more than 3 days before they arrive.
