Qatar citizens can enter Uzbekistan without a visa and stay for up to 30 days. You only need a valid Qatar passport at the border; immigration officers may still ask for a return or onward ticket, proof of accommodation and enough money for your stay. The 30-day limit usually counts calendar days from your arrival, so book your return flight inside that window.
Whatever your visa status, Uzbekistan applies the same entry conditions to every traveller:
Uzbekistan lets 93 passports in without a visa, issues eVisas to 44 and requires an embassy visa from 61. Qatar citizens are treated the same way as Bahrain, Brunei, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Overall the Qatar passport ranks #92 in the world with 70 visa-free destinations.
Planning a longer trip in Asia? With a Qatar passport you can also visit 21 countries in the region without a visa, including United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Jordan, Japan and Kyrgyzstan.

In accommodation facilities, the facility's responsible staff register guests through the E-mehmon system. Owners of housing, or persons entitled to dispose of it, who provide living space must register those persons in good time. Breaking the rules of stay, including the registration procedure at the place of stay, is fined five times the base calculation amount.

A foreigner who does not pay is expelled and barred from entering for one year; one who repeats the violation within a year of a penalty is expelled and barred for three years.
