Ukraine citizens need a visa issued in advance by an embassy or consulate of Saint Lucia. Start the application several weeks before departure: you will typically need a passport valid for six months with blank pages, a completed application form, passport photos, a travel itinerary, proof of accommodation and of sufficient funds, and sometimes an invitation letter or bank statements.
The main option is the Holiday visa, which costs 35 GBP with a processing time of 3–5 business days.

The UK Foreign Office says you must have a yellow fever vaccination certificate if you are coming from a country listed as a transmission risk. WHO's country list gives the requirement for travellers aged 9 months or over arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

The UK's travel advice says medical treatment in Saint Lucia can be expensive and serious cases may need emergency evacuation, and advises adequate travel health insurance; Tapion Hospital does not accept travel or foreign medical insurance as payment.

Saint Lucia's online Immigration and Customs form (the Embarkation/Disembarkation or ED form) replaced the handwritten form from 30 November 2022. The portal says to access it no more than 72 hours before travel, submit one form per family or group, and present the receipt emailed after submission on arrival; the UK government tells British travellers to fill it in no more than 3 days before they arrive.
